Juno Women’s Health

A Sister Clinic to Juno Health

It's an exciting time for women's healthcare in Christchurch! We're thrilled to announce that Juno Women's Health will be opening its doors on July 14th!

Juno Women's Health was founded on a powerful belief: that comprehensive women's healthcare should be accessible, community-based, and truly collaborative. We recognised the need for innovative healthcare delivery and a model fit for purpose. Our mission is to create a dedicated community hub for women's healthcare across all generations, bridging existing gaps between primary and specialist care in New Zealand.

What does this mean for patients enrolled with Juno Health?

Juno Women's Health functions as a specialized satellite clinic to Juno Health. While Juno Health remains the primary hub for comprehensive general practice services, Juno Women's Health offers a crucial extension of this care. This means that standard GP appointments will also be held at Juno Women's Health. To ensure you always know exactly where to go for your care, we'll clearly notify you if your appointment is specifically at Juno Women's Health instead of Juno Health.

This integration allows for a seamless patient experience, particularly for women who might have general health concerns alongside specific women's health needs. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach, where you can access both your routine primary care and specialised women's health services within the same welcoming environment.

Whether you're seeking a general check-up, managing a chronic condition, or addressing a specific women's health issue, our team at Juno Women's Health is equipped to provide comprehensive care. The benefit of this model is that our specialist GPs, while offering longer, more focused appointments for women's health matters, are also highly skilled in general practice. This allows for continuity of care and the convenience of addressing various health needs in one location.
