To request your prescriptions you can now do this through the MyIndici patient portal. Alternatively please call or email our reception team. Please allow two working days for non urgent prescriptions. For urgent prescriptions please call our reception team. Prescriptions are now sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice nationwide.

Please note that there is a fee for prescription renewals:

• $28 for a standard prescription, up to 3 working days

• $40 for an urgent prescription, within 24 hours.

Urgent prescriptions must be requested before 12:00pm.

When requesting your prescriptions please be aware that this does not guarantee that your request will be approved. The doctor may still wish to see you, in which case your doctor or one of our nursing staff members will contact you.
