All new patients over the age of 16 years need to book a “New Patient Consultation” for their first consultation. This is an extended appointment with both your new GP and nurse where your health needs are discussed and together we work on an individualised plan for moving forward. The charge also covers administration time for records transfer, reconciliation and updating.
It is preferable to have your medical notes received prior so please discuss with our reception team when booking.
